This summer is a different one and we all know that. For this reason, we would like to thank you very much for your trust, to spend your holidays with us.
Furthermore, we would like to inform you about the protection measures we have taken so that you have a safe, comfortable and pleasant stay.

• Orelia Cretan Villas employees have been trained and certified to prevent SARS-Cov-2 transmission. The property received the certificate:

"Health First: Health protocol according to the Ministry of Tourism instructions"

• According to the health protocols, we clean the apartments with special professional cleaning products; we disinfect beds and couches by steam. Further, we have drawn up a plan for the additional disinfection of those areas and equipment that are most frequently touched by the guests, e.g. Switches, door handles, remote controls and more.

• It is recommended that you regularly disinfect your hands with the appropriate antiseptics that exist at the pool area and in your apartment.

• During the stay, we kindly ask you to use at the pool only the parasol set with the number of your accommodation indicated by the staff. The set has been disinfected with a steam cleaner before your arrival.

• It is important to keep a safety distance of at least 2 meters from other guests of the property and from the staff as well. Please avoid personal contact if this is not considered necessary.

• Check-in must be after 3 p.m. and Check-out must be before 10 a.m. in order to clean and disinfect the accommodation properly.

• The cleaning service only enters your apartment on request. Please inform us at least one day in advance. If you want to change bed linen or towels, the cleaning service will take all necessary precautions. However, you must be absent during cleaning.

• It is not allowed for non-residents to enter the villa, apartments and the pool.
